Orange Globemallow 1 packet of 50 seeds
Orange Globe Mallow, Sphaeralcea munroana, brings a blast of orange-cream to the mid-summer desert garden. A flowering perennial native to the Great Basin of the Western US, this rugged xeric plant thrives in the most challenging hot, sunny dry garden conditions.
Orange Globe Mallow can grow to 3' or 4' tall and thrives in sunny areas. When temperatures will remain above 65 degrees, sow seeds in a moist, bright spot and lightly cover with soil. Germination can take 21 to 60 days. Orange Globe Mallow will freely reseed in an area where it is happy. Frost hardy in zones 6-9.
